The Postal Loans Service is available to UK-based students who match at least one of the following criteria:
- registered on a distance-learning course
- on a placement of a term or longer
- postgraduate research student
- referred by Student Support Services
- referred by the head of NTU Library
- on a designated course at Nottingham Business School.
If you would like to use the Postal Loans Service to have library books sent directly to your home address, please complete the following form, and submit it to the Postal Loans Team.
Once your registration form has been processed the team will contact you via your NTU email.

Any items that are delivered to your address will require a signature on receipt, so it is important to ensure that someone will be present to sign for the item.
If you are on a placement, we suggest using your work address as the delivery address.
Please note that you will be expected to pay return postage. Books will remain on your record until they are received back in the library.
Fines will be charged at the standard rate on any book not returned to us by the due date.
Information supplied on this form will be used by Nottingham Trent University in accordance with the General Data Protection (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and other applicable legislation.
NTU will use the information you provide on this form to manage your registration and to provide library services and resources to you.
The information you provide will not be shared with third parties, other than where we need to follow-up on library loans or loan returns.
