Student Services Centre receives positive feedback from students
Great service and friendly staff
The Student Services Centre (SSC) at the City site recently asked its users what they thought of their service and 83% of respondents said that they were either satisfied or very satisfied with the service they provide.
The SSC opened in early 2010 in the Newton/Arkwright building and has gone from strength to strength. The recent survey shows an increase of 5% in overall satisfaction levels since the last survey in April 2011. The Student Services Centre Feedback Comparison shows a more detailed overview of the feedback.
A student who completed the survey said: "As far as I'm concerned the Student Services Centre is the best facility at NTU. I really appreciate the quality of service and friendliness of the staff. Thank you."
The SSC provides a central location for students to get help, support and advice on a range of issues including accommodation, student finance, Smart Card issues, travel, dyslexia Support, counselling, mental health and many more.
They aim to provide an effective and efficient service to students and will continue to ask for feedback on the way in which the SSC is run, to ensure that it is continually improved.
For more information visit the Student Support Services web pages or drop in and see them. If you have any additional feedback you can email the SSC.
