The Accounting and Finance division were thrilled to welcome representatives from the CFA Society of the UK to present two of our final year undergraduates with scholarships that will enable them to study for modules that will lead to their Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Advantage qualification.

The IMC Advantage scheme aims to introduce the IMC qualification to undergraduate students on finance-related courses in a formal way. The significant coverage of the IMC syllabus within our undergraduate programmes underlines the qualification’s relevance to working practice in the UK, and represents added value for students hoping to enter the investment profession.

Aaron Aldridge (Accounting and Finance) and Joanne Sansby (Business Management and Accounting and Finance) were the deserving recipients of the scholarship that provides them with opportunity to study and complete the IMC free of charge.

The IMC is the UK’s benchmark qualification for those seeking to gain the necessary regulatory certification to join the investment profession. For more information about the IMC advantage programme, visit the CFA Society UK website.
