You said, we did! Great improvements as a result of your feedback

You regularly give us feedback about your experience at NTU, through surveys such as the National Student Survey, School Student Fora, and through verbal feedback.

We’ve listened to this and have introduced significant improvements across the University that will have a positive impact on your student experience.

Using the 'You said, we did' web pages you can search for improvements in your own school, as well as in other University departments such as Library, IT, Employability, Global Opportunities and more.

Improvements include:

We need newer, faster computers.
Over summer 2016 we installed 830 new PCs across NTU.

Lectures should be recorded.
In summer 2016 we installed Lecture Capture Capability in over 40 teaching spaces.

Where do we look for part-time jobs?
We’ve launched JobShop, advertising hundreds of part-time jobs for NTU students.

Studying or working abroad can be too expensive.
We now offer around 180 scholarships to help with costs of working and studying abroad.

The NTU app isn't very user friendly.
We've launched the MyNTU app, providing essential information in one place.

Explore our 'you said, we did' campaign site to discover the many other improvements we’ve made.
