National Student Survey
National Student Survey (NSS)
Takes place: early January – late April
We're very proud to announce that student satisfaction rates at NTU are amongst the highest in the country!
NTU achieved an 89% satisfaction score, which gives us the fifth highest score and puts us in the top ten of mainstream universities.
Who can take part?
The NSS is aimed at final year undergraduate students.
Why should I complete the survey?
It's an opportunity for you to voice your opinions on the quality of your course and time here at NTU. Your feedback will help us to make improvements to your course and prioritise areas of development for the University. You’ll also be helping to influence the teaching and learning of future students.
The results also feed in to university league tables and allow NTU to benchmark student satisfaction here with other universities around the country.
How can I complete the survey?
The NSS 2017 is now closed, however the survey is run annually and will open again in January 2018. If you are eligible, you will be sent an email inviting you to complete the survey.
Who is running the survey?
The National Student Survey is run by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE). Research company, Ipsos MORI, carry out the survey on their behalf.
Please email if you have a question about the survey.
