LibQUAL Report 2015
The LibQUAL survey is designed to measure library users perceptions of service quality, and identifies gaps between the desired, perceived and minimum service levels, using a scale of 1-9. NTU was one of 14 UK libraries to take part in the survey in 2015. This report summarises the results of the survey.
Information Resources Policy
The University library sources and makes available information resources to support the current teaching, learning and research needs of the University's students, researchers and staff. This policy sets out the principles by which we will secure optimum quality and accessibility for the University's information resources collection, and describes how the library will select, manage, store and make accessible the resources it holds.
The Comments and Complaints Policy provides a formal process for making comments, raising concerns or initiating complaints about any aspect of the library's service.
LLR's main function is to support the learning, teaching and research activities of the University. The Visitor Access Policy makes provision for members of the public to use LLR's services and facilities.
