There are a number of ways you can contact us to find out information, ask for help or to tell us what you think of our services.
- See us in person at the Information Desk in your library during full service hours.
- Ask one of the roving members of staff for help as they tour the libraries and resource rooms.
- Book an appointment with a member of of staff or a Student Mentor. We offer help to all students with information and research skills, study skills, academic writing, and maths and statistics.
Chat to us online, no matter where you are. Look out for the chat buttons on the Library website. During term-time the chat service is available Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 8.30 pm, during vacations the service is available Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 5 pm. You can also email us.
