Undergraduate

We run a series of open days throughout the year to help you find out more about study and life at the School of Social Sciences.

Our open days are a great way for you to:

  • meet and talk to academic staff
  • sit in a course talk and discover why students pick our popular courses
  • tour the University grounds and facilities, including Boots Library and the Students' Union
  • speak with current students and get their opinions on the course and Nottingham Trent University
  • ask any questions you have about NTU and university life
  • view and tour our variety of accommodation
  • explore the city of Nottingham - a popular student destination.

To reserve your place, just follow the link and search for your course, year of entry and open event.

Please note that if you have been made an offer of a place to study BA (Hons) Social Work, you are welcome to visit us again and take a look around our accommodation, take a tour of the campus and find out all about our student support, sports facilities, and Students' Union. However, as you attended an interview as part of the Admissions process, there will not be a course talk or taster session available on the day.

Other ways to meet us

You can come and take a look around the University at your own pace with our self-guided walking tour.

You can also book on to an informal tour of our City Campus with a current student (if available). Booking is essential, so to book your place please email us or call +44 (0)115 848 4460.
