Fitness classes and blast sessions
We offer a wide variety of fitness classes to help you stay active, fitting into your busy lifestyle around work and social time.
Mild exercise, such as yoga or a core workout, can release endorphins – the hormones that give you that post-exercise feel-good factor.
More vigorous exercise, such as Zumba or spin, can help with managing your weight, using up calories that would otherwise be stored as fat.
Blast sessions are small group workout sessions designed to be fun, engaging and also challenging. They are 20 to 30 minutes in duration, which means that you can integrate them with your current gym routine. There are a variety of different blast sessions – legs, bums and tums; boxing; total body workouts; boot camps; and many others. The sessions are bookable online so it is easy to book anywhere, any time!
