NTU Student Wellbeing Week

Wellbeing Week 2018 took place from 5 - 9 March and sought to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing.

Essentially we wanted to make lots of noise about mental health at NTU to help reduce any associated stigma, get more people talking about mental health and raise awareness of the fantastic help and support we have available.

Activities during the week included:

  • Dog therapy
  • Mindfulness walks and sessions
  • Smoothie bike
  • Chalking on the floor
  • Playing for fun sports activities
  • Information and awareness stands
  • Plus many other things...
