The Student Services Centre is committed to providing a high-quality service in a friendly customer focused environment. We aim to work in partnership with you to deliver quality services that are accessible to all. Our performance 

We monitor our performance on a regular basis to ensure we are delivering the service we have promised. Our recent performance highlighted in the Student Services Centre Feedback Comparison PDF icon shows an overall satisfaction increase of 10.9% over the last four years bringing the satisfaction level currently to 88.9%. The University Strategic Plan sets Gold Standard Customer Service at 70%, so we are currently operating at 18.9% above Gold Standard base level.
