As a user of our services your feedback is crucial to our continuous improvement. We'd appreciate it if you would take the time to send us your feedback by email.
All of our completed enquiries in the SSC are also followed up by a simple customer satisfaction survey via email, it lets us know what you think of our service and helps us implement improvements.

Our complaints procedure
Our complaints policy is in line with the University wide policies. Our complaints procedure aims to deal with problems fully and resolve them whenever possible within a reasonable time limit.
If you have an immediate or urgent problem, then please speak to a member of the Student Services Centre staff, so that we can try to put things right for you straight away.
