Physical activity
Regular physical activity is essential for good health. But you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic or competitive sports player to enjoy the benefits.
At NTU, we actively try and encourage good physical health by making it as easy as possible to access a wide range of fitness and exercise opportunities, what ever your ability. We do this through:
- affordable sports and fitness membership
- sports and fitness facilities across all three campuses
- a diverse range of fitness and exercise classes ranging from yoga to kickboxing, spin to salsacise
- opportunities to play recreational sport such as netball, football and badminton.
