Collect or purchase merchandise Newton Level 0
Register at Royal Concert Hall rear entrance no later than 45 minutes before your Ceremony starts.
Ensure guests take their seats in the Royal Concert Hall before the Ceremony starts.
Make your way over to Newton Level 0 after the ceremony, along with your guests, in order to enjoy refreshments which will be served for an hour.

Make your way over to the University Hall before the start time of your ceremony.
