Out of hours bookings
It is possible for staff to book NTU buildings out of the core opening hours. Bookings must meet all of the following conditions:
- The need cannot reasonably be met within normal opening hours.
- A facility is required that cannot be provided in an open building (this does not include individual workspace requests).
- A request is made by the Key Academic Contact or Head of Department or Dean with at least five working days' notice.
If your desired booking meets the conditions please submit the request to your college timetabling staff or the academic office (reg rooms).
