Travelling to Nottingham

Nottingham is a city in the heart of England, with excellent transport connections to surrounding cities. Manchester, Cambridge, Leeds and London are all within two hours' travel, while Birmingham and Sheffield are less than 90 minutes away.

It is the largest city in the county of Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands of the United Kingdom and is served by East Midlands Airport, which offers short and direct flights to many of Europe's biggest and most popular cities.

NTU has three campuses in Nottinghamshire: one in the city centre itself, one five miles outside the city in the area of Clifton, and our Brackenhurst Campus, which is 14 miles north-east of the city near the picturesque town of Southwell.

All three campuses are linked by Nottingham's extensive public transport system, which offers discounted passes to NTU students.
