Reasonable adjustments
As a Disability Confident Employer, the University fulfils its duty to make reasonable adjustments to enable disabled colleagues to perform, develop, and maximise their contribution and personal potential. We will consider creative, informal solutions which are timely and responsive to individual needs.
Disabled colleagues requiring adjustments or support to carry out their job role are advised to discuss their needs with their line manager at the earliest opportunity. Disabled students are encouraged to contact NTU Student Services Disability Services who coordinate support and access arrangements for disabled students and students with specific learning difficulties.
