Get a replacement card
There are two steps to getting a replacement NTU Student Card.
1. Report your missing card
Your student card should be carried with you at all times when on University property. If you lose your card, or it has been stolen, please report it to us via email to prevent misuse. If it has been stolen, you will need to contact the police to get a crime reference number.
2. Order a new card
You can order a new student card by filling in the student card form. Please note that a £10 replacement fee is payable. Once you submit the form, you're directed to the online store to allow payment.
Once payment is received, replacement cards will be posted to term time addresses. If you select "collection", Card Services will be in touch to agree a collection time / point when you are next on campus.
In the event of a student card being stolen, please email card services directly. You are entitled to a new free card if you can provide a relevant crime number.
