Online support - SilverCloud

Online support with SilverCloud

The NTU Wellbeing Service aims to provide you with the resources needed to ensure you get the help you need, when you need it. SilverCloud is an online system designed specifically to help you if you are experiencing anxiety; depression; stress or eating issues.

If you have started to experience any of these difficulties and are successfully managing your studies we recommend you try SilverCloud.

SilverCloud may also be helpful while you wait for, or alongside, other support.

You can access SilverCloud at anytime, anyplace, and anywhere, whether you're on your PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

Each programme takes a modular approach. You can complete the modules at your own pace over a period of several weeks. Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as activities and quizzes that you can complete as you go along.

The approaches within the modules are recognised as having a positive impact on low mood and anxiety.
