The Student Services Centre is committed to providing a high-quality service in a friendly customer focused environment. We aim to work in partnership with you to deliver quality services that are accessible to all. Our service standards outline what to expect when you make contact with us.
Our performance
We monitor our performance on a regular basis to ensure we are delivering the service we have promised, by actively seeking your feedback.
Across all services in the academic year 2018/2019, we achieved a satisfaction rating of 98%.
The Student Services Centre holds the prestigious Customer Services Excellence accreditation, which has been successfully retained since 2011.
The University Strategic Plan sets Gold Standard Customer Service at 70%, which means we are currently exceeding the Gold Standard base level.
