By bus

There are a multitude of buses to the city centre each day from various areas in Nottingham. For more information on getting a bus from your location to the City Campus, use the NCT Journey Planner. The City Campus postcode is NG1 4BU.

A heavily discounted longer-term bus pass is also available to all NTU students as part of your Smartcard.

By tram

The City Campus is also easily accessible by tram from various locations in Nottingham. We even have our own tram stop right at the centre of the site (unsurprisingly the stop is titled 'Nottingham Trent University'). For more information visit the Nottingham Express Transit website.

Please note that tickets must be purchased before travel and regular checks do take place. Anyone caught without a valid ticket or smartcard will be liable for a £50 penalty notice.

By bike

The Ucycle student bike hire scheme is a great way for students to get around the University Campus. Different sized bikes are available to hire for the academic year for just £39 (plus a £60 refundable deposit).

For more information visit the Ucycle webpage where you can find details on Nottingham cycle maps, NTU shower and cycle compound facilities and Doctor Bike sessions.

By car

Parking is limited in Nottingham city centre, so we suggest that you use one of the city's Park and Ride services. Alternatively, find out about parking costs in the City Centre.
