Dependants
Before you submit an application, please check carefully that your family member (husband, wife or child) is entitled to remain in the UK as your dependant. Be aware that the rules may have changed since you made your last application. The UKCISA website provides useful information on dependants' eligibility and application criteria.
If they are eligible to apply in the UK, your dependants can be included in the Tier 4 student application.
